HUGH HEFNER
American founder and publisher of Playboy Magazine.

AMBASSADOR PAMELA HARRIMAN
Former U.S. Ambassador to France.

Resort & Conference Center:  Former Playboy Club Resort built in 1971 by Hefner.

The tranquil peace and serenity of snow-capped mountains and lush green forests were a perfect escape for Hefner; however, in the mid-1980’s, he relinquished his dream of linking his 43 acre resort to a ski area.  The property was sold to Ambassador Harriman.  The cabaret theater remains a remnant of the days when Playboy Bunnies assisted entertainers with their acts.  Famous “Bunny Hutches” also remain.

Accommodations:
500 guest rooms and suites decorated in contemporary decor and colors that blend perfectly with the countryside.  Balconies offer a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, ski slopes and golf course.

Features:
Award winning 27 hole Championship Golf Course and Pro Shop; indoor/outdoor tennis courts and swimming pools; 64 available ski runs,  horseback riding, bicycling, and hiking on the resort’s nature trails. Convenient supervised children’s program and a large game room.  Conference rooms, ballrooms, exhibit hall and theater are designed to ensure your business or social event needs.

5 restaurants and lounges provide an array of dining and entertainment options from spectacular buffets, to ‘a la carte’ menu items and gourmet pizzas.  Entertainment includes music, dancing, stand-up comedy and full-stage theater productions.
